Rabbi Elchanan Poupko is a writer, educator, and an eleventh-generation rabbi. Rabbi Poupko has written hundreds of articles in three languages and published in dozens of publications. Rabbi Poupko has written several books on topics relating to Judaism and Jewish history including Poupko on the Parsha, Sacred Days, on the Jewish holidays, Jews of the Nobel, and Chochmat Chinuch (Hebrew).
Rabbi Poupko holds a rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva Beis Yosef, and an advanced rabbinic degree from Yeshiva Univesity. He also holds a Master’s degree in Jewish Education from Yeshiva University.

Hi Rabbi, I’m a first time viewer from Ireland and I saw the video of Ms. Mc Connon and her disgraceful treatment at maternity hospital, unfortunately Rabbi, Ireland has been going this way for the last number of years. None of the mainstream media reported the apology to Ms. Mc Connon only gript media the only news site that gives the whole story from all sides and calls out our cowardly politicians for their mystifying anti Israel agenda . But there is support for Israel 🇮🇱 in Ireland but mainstream media and most politicians won’t report it with their woke agenda or they call supporters far right bigots and smear anybody who speaks out, 1 example Rabbi is they’re trying to ban the flying of Irish flags on lamp posts because they say its anti immigrant but not a word about Palestinian flags. Some left wing politicians are wearing plo regalia in parliament. Protests against government’s open door immigration draw crowds up 100,000 people, media won’t report it and our leader said he won’t be dictated to by a few negative far right bigots, that’s the name now for anybody who disagrees with them. I really hope Ms. Mc Connon and her baby and family are thriving now and I think she is a very strong brave person and wish her happiness.
